  • Helpdesk & on-site: Fast troubleshooting, ticket handling, and preventive maintenance from a personal team selected for your needs.
  • Device management (PC/Mac/mobile): Rollouts, updates, MDM/Intune, standardized base images, auto-patching. Automation has major advantages.
  • Security: Firewalls, EDR/antivirus, patching, MFA/Zero-Trust principles, and backups; tracking and reporting via Microsoft Secure Score/Exposure Score.
  • Microsoft, Google, AWS, etc.: License management, migration, access control, email, optimization, user onboarding and offboarding.
  • Backup: Encrypted online backups and tested restore routines. Files in a cloud service aren’t the same as everything being backed up—we review and secure your data.
  • Network: Wi-Fi design, VLANs, guest networks, monitoring and performance tuning, penetration testing, and other security reviews.
  • Printers & peripherals: Installation, drivers, quotas, and support.
  • Training: Together with our partners we provide training to improve your employees’ understanding of IT security, AI, and more.
